 James Amos was one of those who ended up being a valuable member of the production team. The remit was to capture the vibe of the festival, B-roll and interviews with stall holders and attendees. James was a fantastic addition to the team. He worked excellently and independently, with a great work ethic. His enthusiasm and professionalism were to be highly commended. James was enthusiastic, polite and knowledgeable from the outset. Happy to think on his feet and open to learning new skills.  James works with a rare precision and grace. He sees without forcing, and captures without disturbing. There is a stillness in his presence and a great clarity in what he creates. Since we began working together, his eye has sharpened, his courage has deepened, and his artistry has evolved in leaps. He follows direction with humility, yet what he returns is always more than asked for imbued with care, curiosity, and truth. James does not simply film. He distills essence. We are grateful for his presence, and excited for the work that lies ahead of him.
